Rice Lake Area Men's Club Scholarship
The Rice Lake Area Men’s Club was founded over 36 years ago with the purpose of serving the needs of the
youth in our community.
We operate one fund raiser each year. Our event is called the Wine and Beer Festival and is held each year
at the UWEC/Rice Lake gym.
A minimum of 95% of the money raised from this event goes to support youth activities in Rice Lake and the
Barron County area.
The first donation from Rice Lake Area Men’s Club was received in April 1986 for $200.
Criteria was for a student from the greater Rice Lake area, enrolled in any program at the Rice Lake campus.
Now the scholarship offers two $600 awards for students in their second year of a business-related program
on the Rice Lake campus.

working hard on my education to become an administrative assistant. With this money, I can pay for some
